Fruit Concentrate

Fruit concentrate is obtained after evaporating water from Fruit pulp. The water is evaporated by treating pulp. The fruit content in concentrate is more then 2 times when compared to fruit pulp.

The shelf life of fruit concentrate in aseptic packing is 18 months, and in can packing is 24 months at ambient temperature from the date of manufacturing.
